A little bit about the role…
The Allocations & Replenishment Analyst will be responsible to support the right stock, in the right place within the network to deliver a positive experience for our customers whilst optimising the use of our inventory throughout the season. The role is full time and day to day responsibilities include;
Optimum stock allocation across our store network is maintained for both current and clearance stock across our networks including:New product assortments, Seasonal transitions, New/Closed do, Promotional uplifts Optimising of the JE system through regular sales performance analysis and review of re-forecast allocation strategies/re-trend algorithm. Advertised styles stock checks are completed and advised to marketing channels. Store performance analysis – Availability and Stock to Sales Ratio. Support management of store transfers and reverse logistics, working with the store operations to action. Build and maintain strong relationships with the store operations team and develop understanding of individual store needs through regular visits and feedback. Carry out analysis such as Sizing Curve determination. Work closely with the planner and buyer of the portfolio to build and execute aligned plans and opportunities. What we are looking for…
You will demonstrate your proven passion and knowledge for inventory management, administration and analysis. You are pro-active with previous hands on experience in a similiar role or transferable role. You will have strong attention to detail, and timely action to be able to succeed in the role.
