Production - About the Team

We are a highly ambitious, multiple award winning and fast-growing Creative Production Agency. We are proud of what we have achieved, and we are a trusted content partner of global aspirational brands such as Disney, Sky, Nestle and many more. We offer a combination of Creative, Production, Tech and complete end to end Project Management and Client Service which our clients rely on to deliver exceptional content. The Production team are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of stills, video and film services across the full client portfolio. This team is 25 strong and is integral to the business and production success. The team continue to grow and develop delivery skills day to day, strive to deliver consistently high standards, whilst at the same time thriving in the fast-paced creative agency environment.

About The Role 

The Senior Producer will lead multiple projects and workstreams, bringing a level of experience and expertise that can handle more complex projects and accounts comfortably.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Senior Producer you will take ownership of creative projects, as well as delegating tasks and reporting on the progress of the team. Overseeing the production process from end to end, ensuring that all requirements from the client are completed on time and within budget.Overseeing complex and high-end campaigns, requiring skill and effort, whilst monitoring and working with a sharp eye for detail, colleagues will rely on the senior producer to plan and execute clear strategies and timelines.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and problem-solve where needed.Ensure that the lead producer is kept up to speed with all aspects of each shoot, and that efficiencies are made when necessary and possible.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Be the point of escalation for clients on set and be the point of contact for multiple clients at any given time.Mentor production team members on new ways of working and best practice, including training on new systems and documentation.Be a present member of the team, and demonstrate what ‘good looks like’ to those more junior members of the team.Driving processes end-to-end, this role involves encouraging the team to simplify processes in order and be more productive.Confident in decision making, the senior producer is always ready to face new challenges while striving for the best client output.

Pre-Production

Create budget and timing plan for the Production using agency systemsEnsure resources are booked and briefed o Distribute model briefs to agencies, collate and share with clientLiaise and provide project visibility with CrewConfirm all studio and resource bookingSource and book modelsHiring and booking equipmentSet build – briefs/bookings/co-ordinate and oversee quality to briefSamples – book in merch/co-ordinate and oversee quality to briefStylist – book in steaming clothing/wardrobe shopping- briefPrep day full team – provide brief if received from client, otherwise run through information production does have i.e. set requirements/modelsPPM with clientCirculate call sheets

Shoot

Present and prepared on setCo-ordinating shootTracking all deliverables are capturedBringing models on to setPoint of contact and knowledge holder for any questionsSupport shoot crew/advice of changesLiaise with client services for decisions and scope managementManage deliverables through process

Post- Production

Skills & Experience

Experience producing stills, video and film in a creative agencyGreat client facing and producer management skillsAbility to own key accounts and deliver complex and high value projects with self-sufficiencyExperience delivering in a fast-paced environment – and adapting to business needsExceptional organisational, interpersonal, and multitasking skillsExperience of delivering a variety of integrated projects for platforms including television, digital, online and social – including creative and productionSystems lead approach with production practices and delivery with good understanding of production methodologyApproachable and a confident communicator (in person and on email), pathfinder and problem solverInterest and appreciation of high-quality creative output5+ years experience – creative industry experience essential.
