Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5 years’ experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above. A calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure. Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills. Ambition to succeed
