  • Build positive relationships withparents fostering communication and collaboration to supportchildrens learning at home and inschool.

EYFS Phase LeadRequirements:

  • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience inEYFS.
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework childdevelopment principles and effective teachingpractices.
  • Leadership experience with theability to motivate a team.
  • Strongcommunication skills able to engage with children parents andcolleagues.
