6 Month (FTC)

What you'll be doing:

●PA support to the CRO, including diary management, inbox management, drafting emails and reports, managing expenses and assist in the completion of the CRO’s actions ensuring key deadlines are met.
●Support for the Director of Compliance and Head of Risk including, arranging meetings and general admin.
●Act as the department Office Manager, including providing day to day admin support, arranging meetings and catering, IT requests, submitting expenses, planning and co-ordinating travel and accommodation when necessary.

What we’re looking for:

●Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
●Secretarial/PA experience
●Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
●Well organised, able to prioritise work on own initiative.
●Operate at a senior level, work confidentially,
●Apply judgement and decision.
