What you'll be doing:

As a Team Coordinator you will support the directors to ensure the commercial area runs smoothly and seamlessly.

•Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Commercial Directors.
•Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
•Assisting with the production and submission of Board/Committee papers
•Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
•Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
•Co-ordinate departmental events, workshops, and conferences and ensure their smooth execution.

What we’re looking for:

•PA experience in similar role
•Numerate with excellent attention to detail
•Ability to organise, plan and prioritise across the various departments to achieve business plan targets
•Operate effectively at a Senior Level discreetly and observe confidentiality
•Apply judgement and decision, assertive nature
