More about your role 

We are looking to recruit a Contractor Compliance Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Property Inspection, you will be required to manage our database of contractors and ensure compliance at all times. You will work closely with clients and colleagues in order to gain feedback on their performance as well as ensuring that we have the right level support across our regions.

More about you 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with and managing contractors. Experience of conducting risk assessments is essential as is being a qualified electrician or plumber. A NEBOSH or relevant trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
