Interim HR Advisor

Leeds based - 2 days a week on site

Full time

up to £38k

As the HR Advisor, you will provide support, advice and guidance to managers within the business on all people related matters.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Managing and supporting with ER casework.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on all people related issues.
  • Support all recruitment related activities.
  • Participate in the delivery of training sessions.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience working as an advisor with strong hands on experience managing ER casework.
  • Excellent Employment law knowledge.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified - Not essential.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Extremely strong attention to detail.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a quick turnaround with start dates.
