**About Our Client**:

- Growing not for profit organisation based in Leeds Looking for a HR Advisor to join the team in this brand new role due to growth.

Duties of the HR Advisor include but are not limited to:

- Provide support to the HR team, including organising meetings, taking notes at meetings.
- Provide basic HR advice to staff and managers on a range of issues e.g. Recruitment, HR Policies & Procedures and Learning and Development.
- Working closely with the HR assistant and the head of L&D
- Prepare and collect data
- Support with HR Administration
- Update personal files, including scanning and copying documents.,
- Update the electronic Employee Staff Records system
- Respond to relevant HROD in-boxes and escalating where required
- Support the team with the delivery of HR training
- Support the recruitment and induction process, contacting new starters and supporting with employment checks, preparing interviews, issuing offer letters and preparing contracts of employment.
- Support with workforce queries
- Advise on employee relations queries and support the line managers.
- Able to provide advise on issues such as TUPE, employment contracts, redundancy and good practice.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role or experienced HR Administrator looking for a step up.
- Well organised and detail oriented.
- Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed.
- Self
- motivated.
- A people person with a can do attitude.

**What's on Offer**:

- Salary between £26,000 - £32,000
- Temporary 6 month fixed term contract
