Interim HR Advisor

BookTrust is a leading children's reading charity in the UK, dedicated to improving literacy and a love of reading among children. We work with every local authority and across every region in the country, reaching over 3 million families a year.
As our Interim HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's ambitions and delivering our strategy. You will work closely with the HR Lead, Team Leaders, and Senior Managers to ensure that our HR processes are managed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
- Maintain the HR Information System and provide frontline HR assistance to colleagues
- Build strong internal relationships and work collaboratively with expert colleagues
Requirements:
- Experience in HR, with a focus on process management and employee engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
