A day in the life of…

As Bar & Restaurant Manager you will direct and manage departmental activities to maximise food & beverge revenue, profitability and quality goals by developing and executing marketing strategies, up-selling strategies, controlling costs and by providing quality service and products to our guests.

Based in the Radisson Blu Cardiff you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment. Experience in coaching and developing team members, driving sales and delivering financial results.
