We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. As the Bar Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of quality, and upholding a constant level of staff productivity. **Job role and responsibilities**:

- Supervise all bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with higher management.
- Oversee the preparation of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Train new staff members on bar operations, including drink recipes and customer service protocols.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Skills**:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Proven experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Salary : £10.65 - to increase with national living wage from April 1st.

Able to commute to city centre between the hours of 10am - 2am.
