What you'll be involved in:

 Teledyne Microwave UK are looking for Graduates with an affinity and enthusiasm for Science, Engineering and problem solving. These skills will enable you to participate in the design, development and manufacturing support for custom products. You will be applying technical theory, practical methods and underpinning knowledge.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Design and development of electronic and RF circuits as part of a multi-functional team.

Documentation and presentation of designs.

Transfer of products from Engineering through to Production.

Production documentation and technical reports.

Contribute to design and project reviews and liaise with other departments.

Compile regular progress reports and technical reports, both verbal and written.

Contribute to regular Daily Stand-Up Meetings.

Communicate verbally and using presentations to peers, managers and junior staff.

Foster and maintain good customer and supplier relations.

Provide production support and fault-finding analysis.

Plan, implement and coordinate own activities against objectives set by management.

Effective time management to ensure project timescales are met.

Assist with customer returns.

Identify continuous improvements in both product design, processes, yield and performance margins.

What we're looking for in you:

Degree / Masters in Electronic Engineering and / or Physics related Disciplines: i.e. Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Communication Systems Engineering / RF Engineering / Engineering Physics.

Understanding of Electronic Design / Manufacturing processes.

Proactive approach to problem resolution.

Covered modules on RF Engineering - not essential.

General interest or hobby related to electronics / communication.

Career Path and Training:

Teledyne have a well-defined Engineering Grading Structure through which you can develop.
