We are seeking recent graduates who possess a passion for Science, Engineering, and problem-solving. Your skills will be essential in contributing to the design, development, and manufacturing support of specialized products. You will apply theoretical knowledge and practical techniques throughout your work.
Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
Collaborating in the design and development of electronic and RF circuits within a cross-functional team. Documenting and presenting design concepts. Facilitating the transition of products from Engineering to Production. Preparing production documentation and technical reports. Participating in design and project reviews while coordinating with other departments. Compiling regular progress updates and technical reports, both verbally and in writing. Engaging in daily stand-up meetings to discuss project status. Communicating effectively with peers, management, and junior staff through presentations and discussions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Providing production support and conducting fault analysis. Planning, executing, and coordinating your activities to meet management objectives. Managing time efficiently to ensure adherence to project timelines. Assisting with customer returns as needed. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in product design, processes, yield, and performance metrics.Qualifications:
A Degree or Masters in Electronic Engineering or related fields such as Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Communication Systems Engineering, RF Engineering, or Engineering Physics. Familiarity with Electronic Design and Manufacturing processes. A proactive mindset towards problem-solving. Exposure to RF Engineering modules is a plus, but not mandatory. A general interest or hobby related to electronics or communication technologies.Career Development and Training:
