Main duties of the job

Promotes a 'can do' attitude and determination to develop and sustain a dynamic and responsive clinical and administrative support service within a Community Hospital / Community Team setting which delivers best practice. Promote and enhance the health and wellbeing of patients. Promote and improve the patient experience / journey. Empower patients and promote patient shared/self-care where appropriate. To observe the general behaviour, ability and response of patients/clients and to record the information and report to qualified staff as and when required. To deal appropriately with interruptions, unpredictable events and behaviours.
