Full Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospitality Marketing Assistant to join our team. The candidate will take on responsibility for advertising, promotion and PR. This hands-on role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities:
  • Independently planning and executing marketing activities to drive revenue for the hotel, restaurant, and events
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identifying and approaching potential clients to secure new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining, strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Being highly organised and confident in managing your duties
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager and Events Manager to develop B2C and B2B promotional campaigns
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Managing and tracking sales and marketing budgets
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competition and marketing conditions

The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in hospitality sales and marketing
  • Excellent articulate communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office suite
