We are seeking an experienced individual to join our fast-growing team as a Marketing Assistant. The individual will report directly to the Studio Manager.

In this newly created role, you will be pivotal in shaping our brand image and driving Layrd’s marketing efforts. This will include:
**Social media**:
Maintaining our social media platforms, crafting engaging content, and interacting with our online community.

**Website**:
Building and maintaining our website to ensure it reflects our Company, our latest projects and our achievements.

**Creativity**:
Developing captivating content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, videos, and visuals.

You will be expected to work closely with our design team to translate intricate design concepts into compelling marketing materials being cognisant of current marketing trends and competitor activities to ensure Layrd Design stays at the forefront of the industry.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A deep interest in interior design and a knack for capturing its essence in your marketing efforts.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and website maintenance.
- Strong communication skills to convey the essence of our projects to diverse audiences.
- An innovative and creative mindset that can contribute fresh ideas to our marketing strategies.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Key Job Roles:

- Contributing to creating and being responsible for the delivery of the marketing plan for the business.
- Liaising with the design team on their unique Sectors and ensuring an agreed method on how to market to each.
- Social media management and marketing ( Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Tik-Tok)
- Content creation - social media and website graphics
- Content Creation - project images and Videos
- Creative writing to position Layrd as a knowledge leader
- Website maintenance, including SEO
- Authoring project case studies.
- Marketing all Layrd external events such as ‘Future Spaces.’
- Originating and the delivery of printed marketing materials
- Identifying new opportunities for marketing activity
- Quarterly newsletter creation and distribution
- Attending regular on-site project meetings to capture content in support of marketing activities
- Capturing, authoring and showcasing client feedback/testimonials
