Reporting to the Head of Marketplace, the successful Marketplace Administrator will thrive within a fast-paced, energetic environment where they must be comfortable spinning many plates and adept at prioritising a forever-changing workload. 

 

Supporting the marketplace team, they will focus on ensuring the conditions are right around every vacancy posted on the marketplace (within their responsibility) to achieve a successful placement; identifying bottle necks, checking vacancies are progressing towards a successful outcome and making timely interventions if and when recruitment processes slow. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Account Managers to review jobs posted by clients and ensure all important information for recruiters is captured within a high-quality brief 
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to organise Job Briefing Calls to better qualify roles against defined criteria 
  • Clearly set expectations during the Job Briefing Call around candidate availability, interview timeslots, feedback timescales, etc 
  • Liaise with Account Managers for any necessary amendments or clarifications in Job postings based on bespoke employer requirements or feedback from recruiters 
  • Work with the Customer Success Team to align roles with suitable recruitment agencies, and ensure recruiters have enough information to conduct a candidate search 
  • Ensure timely and constructive feedback is provided by employers to all CVs submitted on the platform 
  • Chase feedback following interviews and ensure candidates are either rejected or progressed as soon as possible 
  • Support the management of offers are made via the platform ASAP following interview feedback 
  • Maintain appropriate records and keep customer records up-to-date on the company’s CRM (Hubspot) 

 

The successful candidate has an opportunity to join a vibrant team and immediately make an impact, with their efforts and contribution noticeable through an acceleration of the recruitment process and improvement in conversion rates. A monthly bonus will be paid on achievement of KPIs.
