Location: Duchy Hospital, Truro, Cornwall
Hours: hours per week, Part-time

Summary:
Duchy Hospital is Cornwall's only private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Duchy Hospital was opened in 1981 by the late HRH Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother and is located in a pleasant rural setting on the outskirts of Truro.
By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The two fully equipped ultra clean air theatres are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures such as arthroscopy, hip replacement and knee replacements. The hospital is also equipped with a day case theatre, with endoscopy facilities.
A wide range of diagnostic and treatment facilities are available including x-ray, MRI, ultrasound, physiotherapy, sports injury clinic, continence and health screening.
The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Hotel Services Assistant to join our fantastic team at Duchy Hospital. The successful candidate will work across the Housekeeping and Catering departments and will be responsible for cleaning of all general hospital areas including patient rooms and the service of food and beverages. In addition, assisting with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hospital.
What you'll bring with you
Previous experience of housekeeping or food service duties
Experience within a hospital environment (desirable)
Methodical and vigilant personality
Excellent customer services skills
Ability to work on your own initiative
Good attention to detail to maintain our high standards
