Breakfast Waitress

We are a high end boutique hotel called St Enodoc, we over look the Camel Estuary and have 2 incredible restaurants. First we have Karrek our fine dining 3 rosette restaurant, our plan is to push the boundaries in service and experience leading it to Michelin stars and further.

We have our own farm most of our produce comes from including cattle, lamb and even Wasabi. Being eco friendly and self sustaining is at the core of our ethos. with at least 90% of the menu coming from our garden and farm.

Secondly we have the Brasserie, here we serve great food that designed for everyone.

We also serve brekkie in here.

**Hours of Work**
- This would be for full time Breakfast going into lunch on some days.
- You must be able to travel to and from work independently, due to the nature of the job, own transport is beneficiary.
