Estate Technician

The role of Estate Technician will include: Assisting with general cleaning and clearing of void properties Conducting compliance checks (fire alarms, emergency lights, legionella testing) Completing ad-hoc work orders which may include cleaning of gutters and removal of fly tipping from our schemes Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work

Skills and experiences:

Working knowledge and experience of undertaking grounds maintenance, caretaking, general cleaning and basic repairs duties Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK manual driving licence
