**Job Title: Permit Station Co-Ordinator**

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Fabric Technician to join the team located in **Salisbury.**

**Role Summary**:

- IT literate in MS Office and systems management software
- Management experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain & procurement processes
- Previous responsibility in managing policies and systems such as H&S, QA, SSoWs environmental and corporate while complying with current and appropriate legislation and standards.
- Able to co-ordinate and manage multiple projects/works end-to-end across a diverse portfolio of multi-site facilities. Proven track record in the development of positive contractor/Client relations and communications

**Experience Required**:

- Maintenance technician with electrical, mechanical or engineering background
- Prior experience of ‘high risk’ works.
- Technically strong; understanding and implementation of regulatory requirements, and company operating procedures/standards.
- Prior experience as an AP, with a strong understanding of SSoWs is preferential.
- “Safety First” and compliance mindset
- Team player capable of engaging with Senior Leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Self-directed, detail oriented, organised, and strong drive for results.
- Familiar with and must have a solid understanding of Risk Assessments & Method Statements.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
