Tasks & Responsibilities

As Head of Banqueting, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for the event spaces.

You will ensure all of the company’s food hygiene and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

You will be involved in monitoring portion and waste control.

Strong banqueting experience in a high volume (ideally) hotel/wedding venue setting at Banqueting Sous Chef/Head Banqueting Chef level.
