Job summary

This role is community based, where you will have the chance to provide nursing care as delegated by the Senior Sister/ Team Sister and implement evidence-based nursing care within patient's homes.

We will provide you with a level of training and support to bolster your skillset to work across multiple functions if this is something you are interested in.

This is the perfect opportunity for a second or third year student studying towards their nursing degree or someone who has previous care experience looking for the flexibility to book bank shifts which best suit them.

Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities

The ideal candidate will havethe care certificate or an equivalent health and social care qualification as this is an essential requirement for this role and proof of this will be requested if you are successful in being offered an interview.

You will be required to travel across all DGSS sites, including Dartford, Gravesend, Sittingbourne and Sheppey and since this is a community based role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
