Sales Operations Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Sales Operations Specialist to support our business growth by managing reporting reconciliation with key commercial partners and internal teams and providing support for business development and value base programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, data analysis, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Business Manager role for UKIN and evolving business needs. Scheduling reconciliation and reporting will be a very large part of this role. Dealing with large data sets or MI Preparation of reports with distributors in Nordics, including data analysis and presentation. Support grant activity for business commercial programs, including managing the grant application process and providing reporting and analytics Monitoring of tenders and sales force reporting, including tracking and analysing tender activity and providing insights to the sales team Monitoring of pricing activities and results, including tracking and analysing pricing trends and providing recommendations to the sales team Monitoring of value programs activities and support development value tools, including tracking, analysing activity, and providing insights to the sales team Provide support for the sales team in managing their sales activities, including lead generation, opportunity management, and sales forecasting Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive business growth and optimize sales operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Demonstrated ability with 3 years in sales operations, data analysis, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus Strong understanding of sales operations and the ability to drive process improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service orientation Self-Starter/works on own initiative Attention to detail
