Overview

In this role, you’ll maintain and develop a portfolio of existing private clients by providing high-quality support, to an agreed budget, with a specific focus on client retention. You’ll provide a professional high quality service to all clients, colleagues, and other third parties. Compensation and benefits Salary: £23,000 Flexible working: After completion of probation, we can offer two days (Monday & Friday) working from home. Deal with the servicing of all allocated clients including renewals, mid-term amendments and claims and also attend meetings with clients as and when appropriate and/or required. Process applications in accordance with published procedures, and take shared responsibility for ensuring that suitability report, fact find and sanctions search procedures are properly followed. Demonstrates extensive and up-to-date technical healthcare knowledge at all times, advising clients as required within the designated Permitted Areas of Activity as confirmed by line management/Compliance. Maintains and develops strong relationships with and existing private clients, and is relied upon as their trusted support. Develop effective internal and external relationships to assist in providing an efficient professional service to clients in line with service agreements and manage their expectations on work being undertaken Achieve and exceed revenue targets, through retention of existing clients. Preparation of detailed client reports, spreadsheets, etc. Ensure all work carried out and all communications with clients are in accordance with our compliance procedures. Plus any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role About you Experience with telephone customer service Proficiency in using Microsoft suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally. Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including ability to produce high standards of documentation.
