Are you an experienced office administrator looking for your next challenge?

We are looking for a Construction Administrator to join our Nuclear and Infrastructure Division.

This is a temporary, 12-month position.

As a Construction Administrator, your role will be to carry out the administrative activities and daily operations within the construction office department.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, ensuring all site equipment requirements are fulfilled within a timely and cost-effective manner, raising purchase orders for buying and checking and recording of weekly/monthly expenses before issuing for authorisation. You will also assist with travel and accommodation booking for teams working abroad.

Within this role you will need to manage your own time and workload to make sure things are done efficiently. You will need to have good communication skills across all levels and excellent IT skills and be able to use Microsoft packages.

The working hours for this role are: Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 17.30 and Friday 08.00 - 14.30
