Our client is looking for a trade biased Multi Skilled Operative that can competently carry out the full duties of one the following trades:

  • Joiner
  • Plumber
  • Plasterer

And must also have skills & experience in multi trade duties of Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering and Ceramic wall tiling.

The ideal candidates will be working on the client's Social Housing Repairs contracts in planned and reactive maintenance to void and tenanted properties across their main locations of work - Knowsley, Salford & Oldham.

Duties of the successful Multi Skilled Operative will include:

Liaising with the client's management, clients and tenants ensuring appointments and repairs are completed to a high standard. Using their skillset to work effectively in a team to carry out general home maintenance repairs to void & tenanted properties.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in as many of the below duty areas:

  • Kitchen, bathroom & wetroom replacements
  • Joinery - UPVC doors & windows, Internal doors & frames, Skirting & architrave etc
  • Plastering - Patch Plastering, Damp repairs, full room plastering
  • Tiling – Screed & vinyl tiles, Ceramic Wall Tiling

And must also have the below qualities:

  • Hold a relevant trades qualification (NVQ2 or equivalent)
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)
  • Have experience in Social Housing Repairs
  • Have, or are willing to have a DBS check

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
