As a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor in the Property Restructuring Team , you can expect to be involved in the following: Valuation – Assisting in undertaking valuations of all property asset classes including industrial, offices, retail and residential for the insolvency sector nationwide. Agency – Assisting the LSH Auction Team in the disposal of a variety of property types nationwide. Property Management – Assisting in rent collection, day to day management of both commercial and residential property and possession proceedings. Opportunity to work towards obtaining NARA qualifications to become a Law of Property Act Receiver. This opportunity: Lambert Smith Hampton is currently recruiting for a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to work with the London head of the Property Restructuring Team. Lambert Smith Hampton is an award wining market leader providing Property valuation and asset disposal advice to restructuring & insolvency professionals, financial institutions and private clients. We are looking for a confident individual to join the current team to further enhance and promote the LSH offering in the London and South East Region to the restructuring and insolvency sectors. This is a very varied role and will include undertaking property valuation and agency work within the Restructuring and Insolvency Sectors in addition to case managing LPA Receivership appointments on behalf of financial institutions. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to help grow the London and South East team through structured recruitment and building on the existing team. As a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor within the Property Restructuring Team you will play a key role in assisting the head of the London team in developing new clients and work flows into the London and South East team. The individual will work closely with the Machinery & Business Assets team. You will be joining a team of seasoned property restructuring specialists with unmatched experience of driving complex restructuring remits with often challenging lender and investor negotiations. You will be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with the Director of the London Property Restructuring Team. You will be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with. You will also get the chance to work with a vast array of different clients ranging from property developers/investors, insolvency practitioners to large corporate businesses and lending institutions giving you a variety of interesting and exciting experiences.
