Position Summary

The Food and Beverage Coordinator will work on their own initiative, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of food and beverage services at Deluxe’s Buzz Bar (located on-site at our corporate offices).

Role and Responsibilities

Operational Coordination:

Assist in planning and executing food and beverage services for events, meetings, and daily operations.

Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering and stocking of food, beverages, and related supplies.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and taste.

Conduct regular checks to ensure that food and beverage products meet quality and safety standards.

Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, orders, and deliveries.

Prepare reports on food and beverage operations, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience as a barista, including food and beverage coordination, as well as:

Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices, COSHH, health and safety regulations, and relevant certifications (e.g., Food Safety Certification).

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clientele.
