YOU

As the Warehouse Administrator you will be responsible for the Warehouse departmental administration. You will reconcile raw material stock at Contact Packers, finished goods, quarantine, and WIP stocks on site.

YOUR ROLE

Reconciling SAP and EWM data against site finished goods/quarantine and DHL/Trade Team warehouse stocks to a j-Sox standard, carrying out the investigations to find reasons for stock variance.

Receipting all Packaging delivered into DHL/Trade team, booking every item into SAP to ensure batch control and traceability is managed.

Reconciling 3rd Party Contract Manufacturers physical packaging and finished goods against SAP.

Responsible for creating sales order for compound direct from SIL also for Contract Manufacturers for blackcurrant and Orangina from external Cold Stores also reconciling our External Cold Store.

Brexit related, responsible for creating Customs reports to arrange paperwork for exporting out of the UK.

Responsible for movements of Orangina kits from external Cold Stores, along with Sales Orders creation.

Recovery 9BCP) manually all ASN's for outbound deliveries when SAP i down.

Inbound freight reporting for costs for all movements form site to DHL locations and Ireland.

Warehouse purchase orders raised in COUPA, using the correct commodity codes and routing. Invoice receipting for all invoices.

Arrange transport for all finished goods/packaging to and from 3rd party contract manufacturers.

Arrange all site pallet management requirements, ordering and monthly/annual audit reporting.

Reconcile site pallets and 3rd party manufacturers, monthly audits and yearly SBFE audit.

Management of LPR (Red) Pallets for site, movements, created weekly and reconciled, and an annual audit.

Monthly/annual audit reporting

WHAT YOU BRING

In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Excel and Preferably SAP experience required, and a high level of accurate inventory management and data analysis experience required.
