Logistics Coordinator Job Overview

In the role of Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the administrative functions of the logistics department. Your responsibilities will include the reconciliation of inventory levels, including raw materials, finished products, and items in quarantine or production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy by reconciling data from SAP and EWM with on-site inventory in accordance with j-Sox standards
• Oversee the receipt of all packaging materials delivered to the logistics facility
• Administer sales orders and prepare customs documentation
• Facilitate the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Generate purchase orders for the warehouse using COUPA
• Maintain and audit pallet inventory

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with Excel and SAP systems
• Solid skills in inventory management and data analysis
