This is a hybrid role, with travel to our London office twice a week.

How you’ll change it up

The Head of Demand Generation will be responsible for identifying and maximising revenue and connection growth opportunities across our footprint. They will be responsible for developing and driving the organisation to execute data-driven marketing strategies that increase revenue and connection growth.

Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Lead comprehensive growth opportunities that align with the company's overall objectives and market demands. Across all our footprint and audience groups: Consumer, business, mobile and public sector.
  • Lead and chair the weekly trading meetings and forecasting cycles. Integrating sales forecasts, installation capacity, and strategies to address sales gaps
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience in a commercial leadership role with an in-depth knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications market
  • Experience successfully managing a marketing OpEx budget of over £15m per year. Leading, delivering and managing complex projects that deliver tangible and measurable business growth
  • Experience in leading and chairing weekly trading meetings and forecasting cycles. Integrating sales forecasts, installation capacity, and strategies to address sales gaps.
  • Leadership skills that direct how the team analyse performance data and marketing penetration trends to identify trends, actionable opportunities and refine strategies.
