• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly

Excel, for financial modeling and analysis.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide

strategic recommendations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and

analysis.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to

present complex information clearly and concisely.2

• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, meeting

deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure.

• Previous experience in a senior accounting role or demonstrated

progression in responsibilities.

• Technical competence in accounting software and financial reporting

systems.

• Experience in the retail sector or similar industry is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

• Direct oversight of UK Accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy in

financial operations.

• Regular interaction with store managers and employees across Sleep8’s

London stores.

• Primary point of contact and communication with the CFO, Vice President,

and Financial Director of Sleep8, providing financial insights and support.
