**Commercial Parts Advisor required in West Thurrock, Essex.**

Our Automotive client is a large reputable and highly successful Commercial Main Dealer based in the Grays area. They are looking to add to their team by actively looking to hire an experienced Parts Advisor.

As a Commercial Parts Advisor you will be accountable for achieving sales targets by supplying parts to the workshop Technicians and selling parts via the front counter and telephone based sales, working towards becoming a brand representative that has expert product knowledge and delivers an exceptional customer service.

**Details & Benefits while working as a Parts Advisor**:

- Weekdays Hours: Monday - Friday: 7.30am to 5.30pm.
- Alternate Saturday Rota 8.00am to 12.00pm.
- Competitive Basic Salary: up to £30,000 p.a.
- Bonus Opportunity: Monthly target related bonus scheme + Manufacturer bonus scheme.
- On Target Earnings of £32,000 to £33,000 p.a.
- Holiday allowance of 20 days + bank holidays + time served increase after 5 years service.
- They put on a big Summer Ball each year for staff

**The ideal Commercial Parts Advisor will**:

- A strong background of working within an automotive parts environment.
- Be commercially aware of industry standards.
- Have excellent communication and selling skills.
- Possess commercial acumen.
- Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work on own initiative under pressure.
- Have a Full Manual UK Driving Licence.
