Main duties of the job

In conjunction with the team manager:
To be the clinical team leader for the Community Team, responsible for the clinical practice of the team and ensuring that priorities are met. To assist and deputise for colleagues in the Mental Health Hub other sub-team as necessary To line manage CPNs, OTs, unqualified staff and other related professionals To support with ensuring Care Plans are in place including the roll out of the Dialog+ framework for Care Planning To work within the relevant legislative frameworks |( Mental Health Act (1983) Mental Capacity Act (2005), Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs), the Care Act 2014 etc To promote a culture of service user choice and control within team members daily practice to be monitored and developed through supervision and appraisal To ensure that the team works within the relevant frameworks and policies for safeguarding vulnerable adults Person Specification
