About this role

We're currently seeking a dynamic Presales Consultant to join our talented sales team, remotely based, at Fuse Universal. This is an extraordinary opportunity to step into a role with significant growth potential as we expand due to incredible demand for our AI driven roadmap. 

As a Presales Consultant, you will act as the trusted advisor for clients during the sale process and you will be responsible for engaging with new clients to understand their strategic objectives and business requirements. 

About the team

You’ll be part of a driven, dedicated and collaborative new business sales team that is comprised of experienced professionals and those early in their sales careers, who are aligned on one mission: to redefine the learning technologies space and create the next generation of learning trailblazers. 

The Presales team forms part of our wider Sales team here at Fuse. The team share a few common traits: they are self motivated, ambitious, yet they are grounded in their approach. They also share a passion and thirst for knowledge and innovation and are always looking for ways to improve. Most importantly they have fun doing great work together, celebrating each other's successes. Your Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Engage with clients and prospects to understand their business needs and challenges that relate to digital learning.
  • Present and demo Fuse’s capabilities, emphasising the platform’s unique abilities to solve complex learning challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for change.

Technical Assurance:

  • Provide technical reassurance to clients on Fuse's capabilities to effectively impact learning in the flow. 
  • Away from just learning in the flow to holistic learning strategies encompassing Fuse modern learning philosophies that are aligned with 702010 and 5 moments of need.
  • Address technical queries and concerns related to integrating Fuse into a learning ecosystem.

Solution Creation:

  • Develop customised solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Work closely with sales, product and services teams.

Industry Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the learning market and competitive landscape.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in learning technologies.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Conduct compelling presentations and demos that capture and maintain audience attention.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Guiding and advising customers in a respectfully challenging manner.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine Fuse’s value proposition and competitive positioning.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help shape product development and improvement.

Requirements

  • Passion for Learning Technologies: Deep knowledge of the learning market, including LMS platforms, content libraries, and compliance systems.
  • Technical Background: Proven experience in a Presales role within the learning technology industry.
  • Customer Engagement Skills: Strong ability to engage customers in a consultative manner, understanding their business challenges and advising on tailored solutions. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to create solutions and solve problems for L&D and learning tech leaders.
  • Lifelong Learner: Open-minded and willing to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of successful client engagements and solution creation.
