You will join our amazing residential team in Deeping St James supporting 6 adults with learning and/or a sensory disabilities.

This is a permanent role working an average 7.5 hours per week on the weekends only . The shift pattern is Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. 

Day shifts are between 7am and 10pm.

We are offering an hourly rate from £11.75 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.

Passionate about enhancing other people’s lives. Willing to attend training as needed to support you in your role.

No two days will be the same

This role might include supporting people with:

Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning. Personal care and hygiene. Finances. Medication and wellbeing. Going into the community for shopping or other trips. Their social life and nightlife. Everyone we support is an individual, so their care is as unique as they are. You can see a more detailed description of duties in the job description attached at the bottom of this advert.

Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)
