We are seeking ahighly skilled STIBO MDM Consultantwith extensive experience in Master Data Management (MDM) andproficiency in the Stibo Systems STEP MDM platform. As an MDMConsultant you will play a critical role in designing implementingand managing our MDM solutions ensuring data integrity quality andavailability. You will be working in a hybrid model with bothinoffice and remote work.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead and execute endtoend MDM projects usingStibo Systems STEP platform.
  • Develop configureand maintain MDM solutions to support data ingestion modelingquality/validation and syndicationprocesses.
  • Design and implement data workflowsmatch/merge logic and data governance frameworks within the STEPMDM tool.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and translate them into effectiveMDM strategies.
  • Ensure the highest levels ofdata quality consistency and integrity by utilizing the STEP MDMtools capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolveany MDMrelated issues optimizing system performance andusability.
  • Provide technical leadershipguidance and mentoring to junior team members anddevelopers.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of thelatest Stibo STEP MDM software versions and industry bestpractices.
  • Communicate effectively with bothtechnical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 78 years of handson developmentexperience in Master Data Management (MDM) as a Developer SeniorDeveloper or Team/Technical Lead.
  • At least 5years of handson experience with Stibo Systems STEP MDMplatform.
  • Strong expertise in STEPscapabilities including data ingestion data modeling dataquality/validation match/merge logic internal workflows and datasyndication.
  • Proven experience with the latestversions of Stibo STEP MDMsoftware.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript RegularExpressions and XML.
  • Strong communicationskills both verbal and written.
  • Experience inthe Financial Services vertical is a plus but notrequired.
