Pay: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on experience

Shift: Sunday to Thursday

Hours: 0600am to 0230pm flexibility required

  • Management and coordination of temporary workers to fulfilment client requirements.
  • Work with Account Manager to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
  • Provision of 24/7 service to meet client requirements as required.
  • Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management.
  • Working with Account Manager to identify business development opportunities.
  • Contribute to a candidate focused culture, ensuring 'right fit', maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
  • Create and maintain a 'Pool' of candidates appropriate to the client's needs

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous recruitment or customer service experienced preferred.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Excell
  • Great organisational skills
  • Can work in a fast paced environment
