We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar team for our brand new flagship Coal Shed Restaurant, opening in September at North Street. The restaurant is beautifully designed with no detail overlooked.

We're looking for a friendly and charismatic Bar Manager who is passionate about crafting incredible cocktails. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, ensuring the bar team work well together delivering memorable service to our guests. Taking the lead on the operational aspect of the bar will be second nature to you.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and the ability to motivate and develop their team members to deliver the best guest experience. You'll set the pace of the bar, whilst creating a fun working environment for your team.
