About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at BrewDog. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the profitability of the business, and developing the skills of our team members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in a fast-paced bar and kitchen environment. You will be passionate about craft beer and have a deep understanding of the industry. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about craft beer, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated and experienced manager who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a management role in a busy bar and kitchen environment
