We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry.
This is up to a 24-month Temporary contract, with a possible opportunity to transfer onto a permanent contract.
Working 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Will need to be fully flexible to work across the following shift patterns:
Mornings 07:00am to 3.00pm
Afternoons 3.00pm to 11.00pm Monday to Thursday, Friday finish 10.30pm
Nights 11.00pm to 7.00am Sunday to Thursday
Salary is £26,790.43, plus shift allowance for afternoons & night shift.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Use a variety of CNC machines to produce high quality cylinder blocks
Working with machinery
Working within a team
Following all Health & Safety processes
Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development
Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks
