LOCALISATION SERVICES

DMS delivers a full range of adaptation and localisation services to major film studios across the globe from its central London base. Our services include subtitling, dubbing, editing, colour-grading and visual effects for promotional materials to support worldwide feature film releases for use in cinema and online.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

The TV Admin coordinator has overall responsibility for the timely delivery of content to TV broadcasters and online outlets in the UK and across the globe.

ROLE

This is a pivotal role that demands exceptional project management skills and meticulous attention to detail. As a Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to a diverse multinational team of Versioning Producers, contributing significantly to the timely delivery of all content and the approval of assets in territories that necessitate clearance.

  • Expertly manage the trafficking of broadcast and social assets for a diverse range of UK and International campaigns, impeccably supporting client services and production teams.
  • Diligently collaborate with media agencies and clients to receive and interpret comprehensive media plans, allowing for seamless planning.
  • Set internal delivery deadlines, precisely aligned with media plans and broadcaster requirements, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Effortlessly handle the trafficking of broadcast instructions through Caria, guaranteeing smooth operations.
  • Manage the seamless trafficking of radio playout through Audiotrack and J-et, flawlessly coordinating the broadcasting process.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with broadcasters and clearance bodies, ensuring the accurate and timely playout of ads.
  • Proficiently handle a high volume of Clearcast submissions, effectively liaising with Clearcast to secure UK clearance within specified deadlines.
  • Take charge of clearance for ROI, Radio, and Cinema as required, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Proactively oversee and coordinate deliveries for UK and International playout orders, efficiently utilizing Adstream and Peach.
  • Ensure the creation and delivery of broadcast and online assets are in accordance with the correct specifications, leaving no room for error.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal Versioning Producers, Scheduling, Creative, Operational, and Technical personnel, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide invaluable support to Account Managers in reporting and problem-solving, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Facilitate meetings with media agencies to gain a comprehensive understanding of campaign requirements, nurturing strong relationships.
  • Offer assistance to the existing TV Admin Team members, ensuring accurate workload coverage and seamless teamwork.

KEY TOOLS TO BE USED

In-house scheduling software

Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Broadcast delivery partners platforms, primarily Adstream (One Delivery) and desirable Peach

Previous experience of Caria system desirable

Knowledge of Clearcast and other international clearance bodies

Knowledge of Radio and Cinema clearance

Requirements

THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

With previous demonstrable experience of working within a post production operation, Creative agency or TV Admin department, you will have a track record of providing a high level trafficking service.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • TV Spot broadcast trafficking experience
  • Understanding of variable delivery deadlines for TV stations and experience of dealing direct with TV stations
  • Experience of using Caria and Clearcast
  • Knowledge of using one or more broadcast delivery platform; Adstream/Peach
  • Experience of prioritising large workloads
