An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Officer for Care Leavers within our team. In this role, you will have significant leadership experience within social care, including proven experience of directly leading a social care team and developing system wide practice that empowers children and families. You will lead a team that focuses on enablement and co-production with young people leaving care. You will be ambitious for our young people and their outcomes, driving a culture of high aspirations for our young people.

Building on a new relationship with neighbourhoods and communities, you will help drive forward this integrated offer across both the Council and wider partnership. You will work together as one council leadership team to continue to drive our ambitions for children to be in their homes, in their schools, and in their communities.
