DAYS : Monday – Friday
LOCATION : Barnsley Head Office
We are looking for a EAMs Fleet Administrator in Yorkshire; applications are invited for consideration from interested parties.
The post holder will provide confidential administrative support to the Engineering Director.
The principal duties and responsibilities are:
Keeping all vehicle records compliant and accurate to DVSA ER requirements Compiling general fleet reports Maintain accurate records for EAMS Acting as EAMs lead for depot Admin staff Compiling period end reports General administrative work Any other reasonable administration tasks as required by the Engineering Director within the scope of the role and abilities of the post holderThe ideal candidate must have administrative experience, together with the following skills and attributes.
Computer literate preferably with experience of using Word and Excel. Knowledge of EAMs / DVSA VOL preferred. Good telephone manner. Numeracy, literacy competency and is attentive to detail. Proactive with a flexible and helpful attitude.
