We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Rye Hill, a category B Prison located in Rugby.

The site currently offers three 11 hour shifts a week and every 3rd week a 4th day to complete full time hours.

Salary-

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £38,115 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will

You will assist with the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service, taking into consideration, at all times, the need to maintain a high level of security. You will be required to work within the healthcare department and hold direct patient contact, which will be part be of a comprehensive healthcare package, based on the prison services needs. develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
