Demonstrates current knowledge of professional and national nursing priorities and agenda Good understanding of NHS policy and reforms around health and social care Demonstrates current knowledge of NHS economic environment commercial challenges and opportunities faced by an NHS Foundation Trust Is able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of contemporary professional and educational nursing issues and NHS Policy issues A broad understanding of the network of healthcare provision

General Management Experience within an acute provider Able to articulate the new NHS system and strategic direction

Registered General Nurse (First Level) Evidence of study at Degree/Master's level or equivalent Management qualification Teaching Qualification
