Process Improvement Professional

What you’ll be doing
Process Adherence Analyze existing IT support processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Develop comprehensive documentation for new processes and procedures, that incorporate AI, self-serve, and automation solutions Stakeholder Collaboration Work with global IT support teams to understand their needs and challenges. Collaborate with AI and automation experts to develop and implement solutions on Get Help portal. Communicate changes and updates tostakeholders clearly and effectively Monitoring and Compliance Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor adherence to processes on IT Help Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for further improvement (end-to-end automation must lead to resolution) Report on the progress and effectiveness of process transformations to senior management. Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, self-serve, and automation technologies. Continuously seek feedback from support teams and end-users to refine processes. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT support function.
You'll have the following skills and experience
Experience in process improvement, IT support, or a related role. Proven experience in implementing AI, self-serve, and automation solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Project management experience Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
