WELLBEING ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT

About the Role


Wellbeing and Activities Assistant will inspir-e and deliver- an exceptional pmgr-am of meaningful leisur-e and ther-apeutic activities that ar-e per-son centr-ed and which will impmve the emotional, mental and physical wellbeing of the people who live in our­ home. You will always make sur-e that r-esidents ar-e at the hear-t of events and pmgr-ams to enhance their- wellbeing

You will be r-esponsible for- pmmoting and safeguar-ding the welfar-e of those individuals suppor-ted whilst focussing on how things could be done better- and shar-ing ideas with the ,est of the team and wider- teams within the Home.

Pr-evious exper-ience of wor-king in a car-e envimnment is desir-able.

Chocolate Wmks is a beautiful car-e home in a fantastic location, within the hear-t of the local community We offer- r-esidential and dementia car-e, as well as r-espite br-ea ks.

Our- dining moms and r-estaur-ants ser-ve delicious and nutr-itionally balanced meals all pr-epar-ed by our- exper-ienced chefs

Our- activities pmgr-ammes will be tailmed to our- r-esidents from walking clubs, to mund the wmld themed days, technology-based fun m baking
